ON-SITE APPOINTMENT PRICES ARE BASED ON A TIERED
· Tier 1 Tuesday On-Site Appointments – $75 an hour with an hour minimum.
To fix internet connection issues, setup new hardware, picking-up hardware for repairs, other setup or fixes deemed necessary by MonteIT to be done on site.
· Tier 2 Non-Tuesday On-Site Appointments – $100 an hour with an hour minimum
All on-site appointments that are on non-Tuesday OR have been deemed fixable remotely but a request for an on-site visit has been made. Clients will be told in advance that they are going be charged for a tier 2 appointment
· Tier 3 Emergency On-Site Appointments (SAME DAY) – $125 for the 1st hour $100 for every additional hour
To fix any issue of any type, regardless of previous tiers that need to be addressed on-site on the same day.
