In order to fulfill the needs of my clients during the COVID-19 pandemic, and
in accordance with county and state guidelines and requirements, the following
methods for on-site visits will be observed.

On-site appointments are only available when deemed
necessary by Monte IT, such as, but not limited to, internet connection issues,
new hardware setup, or pick-up for repairs.

All on-site appointments will require creating a
detailed plan in advance regarding how to allow me into their homes while
maintaining a distance of 6 or more feet.
·
Hardware sanitization will happen at the end of
each visit.
·
Payments can be made with check or credit card.
No cash will be accepted at this time.
